With 6 beautiful bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this beautifull
and
spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups of up to 14
guests. Relax in the spacious family room, play a game of
pool in the games room or unwind in the pool and spa after a
long day at the parks . (POOL AND SPA STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION UNTIL
THE END OF DECEMBER). Located in the community of
Crescent Lakes only minutes from major shopping areas and 20 minutes
from Disney World.
Crescent Lakes is a quiet community featuring private lakes, walking
trail, basketball court, playgrounds and more.
As you enter the home you will be
greeted by the dinning room which accomodates up to six guests.
Adjacent is the spacious kitchen fully stacked with all the
dishes and silverware you will need and featuring all the amenities
you are accustomed to, including a stove top and oven, a large
microwave, toaster, automatic dish washer, garbage disposal and
large side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.
Across the open counter you have an unrestricted view into the
living room that will give you feeling of
spaciousness. The living room stretches a comfortable
living area featuring a sofa and love seat facing the media
center with its TV, VCR and DVD as well as stereo system. Through
the
open sliding glass doors you will see the sparkling pool and spa
beckoning you to enjoy a refreshing swim or relaxing rest in the
spa’s bubbling waters. Also you will enjoy the view of the lake on
the back of the house.
Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king size bed
and its own bathroom, as well as three other bedrooms and another
full bathroom. Together they feature one master with king size bed,
one queen size bed, and
two room with set of twin beds on each. Also, the family room has a
sofa bed.

drawers and two nightstands, bathroom with double sinks, tub &
shower.

Additional Information:
• $300 deposit required to secure booking. Deposit is non-
refundable.
• The full amount has to be paid 30 days before arrival.
• $250.00 damage deposit is required with final payment.
